Rule 5 Collective does not independently verify every achievement recorded by users and does not guarantee the accuracy of achievements displayed on user profiles.

Personal Responsibility

Running, cycling, hiking, golf and other outdoor or endurance activities can involve physical exertion and inherent risks.

Rule 5 Collective does not provide medical advice, training advice, coaching, route-safety advice or professional guidance.

You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for you and for considering your own fitness, experience, equipment, weather, route conditions and other relevant circumstances before taking part.

Where appropriate, you should seek professional or medical advice before undertaking physical activity.

Event and Activity Information

Rule 5 Collective may provide information about events, routes, climbs, golf courses, hiking locations and other activities.

We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate information, but details may change and we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, accurate or current.

Information displayed on Rule 5 Collective should not be relied upon as your sole source of information when planning or participating in an activity.

You should always check relevant information with event organisers, venues, governing bodies, route authorities or other official sources where appropriate.

Content You Create

You retain ownership of the content you upload to Rule 5 Collective, including photographs, reflections and profile information.

By uploading content, you confirm that you have the right to use and share that content.

You grant Rule 5 Collective Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, reproduce and display your content where necessary to operate the platform.

If you choose to make content public, this licence allows us to display that content to other users and visitors in accordance with your privacy settings.

You can remove your content from the platform using the available account features or by requesting deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Content Belonging to Rule 5 Collective

The Rule 5 Collective website, branding, design, software, graphics, event descriptions and other content created by us are owned by or licensed to Rule 5 Collective Ltd.

You may use the platform for your own personal use, but you must not copy, reproduce, commercially exploit or redistribute substantial parts of the platform without our permission.

Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Harass, threaten or abuse other users
• Upload unlawful, discriminatory, abusive or seriously offensive content

• Use Rule 5 Collective for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

Moderation

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to content that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms, infringes the rights of others, is unlawful or could harm the Rule 5 Collective community or platform.

Where appropriate, we may contact the user concerned before or after taking moderation action.
